She has more than 20 years working at Specsavers including Country Manager for Netherlands. Dr Paul White is a psychologist, global speaker, international consultant and the author of four incredible books, including New York Times Best Seller, The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace which he co-authored with Dr Gary Chapman (famous for the 5 love languages), Rising Above A Toxic Workplace, Sync or Swim and The Vibrant Workplace. He is a world leader in building organisational appreciation, who has worked with organisations such as Microsoft and NASA, and is a proud grandfather of six, Dr Paul White.

Focusing on “making work relationships work”, he has a Ph.D in Counselling Psychology from George State University, a Masters Counselling from Arizona State University and a BA Christian Education from Wheaton College. A lifetime devoted to teaching leaders and organisations on how to communicate authentic appreciation has been the backbone to his career as a psychologist at Prairie View Inc, Director of Family Coaching at Navitas, and currently, the Owner/President of Family Business Resources and Appreciation at Work.

Jason Treu – Building Trust For Transformation

Jason is a best-selling author of Social Wealth, TEDx Wilmington Speaker, and Executive Coach who has worked with transformational leaders such as Steve Jobs, Mark Cuban and Reed Hastings. He is host of the Executive Breakthroughs Podcast, Keynote Speaker on Unstoppable Workplaces, Dallas Cowboys and Mavericks fan, and supporter of charities such as the American Cancer Society.

His education includes a BA History from Indiana University Bloomington, a Law degree and Masters in Communications from Syracuse University, and has a completed a leadership program at the Harvard Business School. Leadership Overwhelm – As a leader, have you ever felt completely overcome in mind or emotion, where you feel a stress or combination of stressors are too big for you to manage? This is the feeling of overwhelm. Everyone experiences some level of overwhelm and the important thing to remember, is that it is all manageable. Rather than fighting your feelings of overwhelm you can accept that anxiety is like riding a wave and it will be easier; learn to turn overwhelming thoughts into helpful thoughts; shift your thoughts from having to complete everything right now to focusing on one thing at a time; identify what you need to be present with right now; take a deep breath to relax the body; and most importantly engage in an action that you enjoy before rushing into solve the trigger of overwhelm. Start taking control of your overwhelm today.

She is a highly regarded leadership coach, sought after speaker, who is known for her down to earth teachings and no BS approach to getting results. Azran Osman Rani – Power Of The Human Mind

Azran is a phenomenal leader, who disrupted the airline industry, is making a difference to the health and lives of people around the world, is focused on the power of the human mind and loves taking on a challenge of racing some of the worlds toughest Ironman Triathlon events. He is a family man who is a former ultimate Frisbee champion, courageous triathlete, self confessed crazy guy, passionate about taking things apart, and author of the recently published book 30 Days and 30 Years

His education includes a BSc Electrical Engineering and a MSc Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University, and has completed a Specialisation in Executive Data Science Courser at The St Johns Hopkins University.

Azran’s career has included partner and senior management roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, McKinsey & Company, Bursa Malaysia and Astro All Asia Network. In 2007 he became a pioneer in the low-cost long-haul commercial aviation as he became the CEO of AirAsia X growing the business from start-up to grossing more than US$1 Billion per year. He is now involved as an investor and advisory roles at iflix Malaysia and MoneyMatch, and has developed a ground-breaking health tech start-up called Naluri.
