Active CEO Performance Tip

Recover With Purpose – It’s important as a leader that you Recover With Purpose and have a clear state of mind. Sleep deprivation and chronic tiredness results in poor performance and productivity, has negative impacts on your health, disrupts workplaces and leads to higher levels of stress, anxiety and frustration. You can improve your ability to recover with purpose by sleeping 7-9 hours per night; creating a digital sunrise and sunset; sleeping in a quiet, cool, clean and dark bedroom; being exposed to fresh air; having cold showers when you wake up and before you go to sleep; avoid caffeinated drinks after 2pm; free your mind with meditation, mindfulness and breathing techniques; eat well and hydrate regularly; and exercise daily. Recovery wont take care of itself, you have to recover with purpose.
