  5. Importance of lowering oxidative stress through eating foods high in antioxidants;
  6. How workplace nutrition strategies can decrease medical expenses, sick leave, absenteeism and presenteeism;

  8. Power of hydration on overall body performance and health.;and
  9. Why a variety of fresh, plant-base, lean food and hydration options will help you maintain a healthy body and mind to perform at your optimum every day.

He also takes about there being a lot of noise in the marketplace, when it comes to what we should or shouldn’t eat. Active CEO Performance Tip

Titles Don’t Reflect Intelligence – Many people consider that having a title means they know more, have better answers and make better decisions. As a leader you need to be bring people to the table that know more than you do and be the conductor of intelligence in the room. Your roles as a leader is to guide, nurture and make sense of the collective intelligence, so that as a united team you can deliver something more special than any one individual. It is collective skill stacking, which allows the team or company to own its own space. This is how you develop true competitive advantage.

Chief Role Model – As a leader your real title should be Chief Role Model. The culture of a team or organization begins from the person at the top. You have a lot of power as a leader and with power comes great responsibility. As they say, the fish always starts to rot from the head. Your actions, behaviours, approach and leadership style determines the foundation of the culture. Be the role model for the desired values, behaviours and identity of the team or organization you lead.
