Lauren Ammon is former elite athlete and the founder of Performance Reimagined, a company dedicated to revolutionizing the way student-athletes train their minds. As a former NCAA D1 College swimmer, Lauren knows firsthand the importance of mental toughness in achieving greatness.

With a degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan and an MA in Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Cincinnati, Lauren’s career has taken her through a range of exciting HR roles at top companies such as Paycor, DRS Technologies, and Vantiv. She’s also served as the Chief Learning Officer at Leadogo, a position that perfectly reflects her passion for helping others grow and develop.
