I feel it is important that the endurance community industry unites as we uncover opportunities in adversity. MAY 25TH 2020 -ARE YOU PREPARED FOR THE UPSWING?

We will look at a number of different strategies you can implement to ensure that you are digitally visible and are in a strong position to capture current and new markets as people seek a coach for their endurance, performance and health aspirations. Topics will include leveraging the media, creating a social media plan, appropriate website content, and ensuring you are ready to deliver relevant value. We will also take the opportunity to open up the floor to learn what coaches have put in place and their strategies to make the most of new opportunities COVID-19 is providing.

Katee Grey (Holistic Endurance, Australia) will speak about Getting To Know Your Hormones. Understanding stress hormones and some strategies to mitigate imbalance as a coach and tips to help your athletes.

Aimee Perrett (Braveheart Endurance, New Zealand) talks about CoachBeing: A Well Coach Is A Well Athlete. She will discuss resilience, as a wellbeing tool, to manage our chronic stress load, the impact of coach wellbeing on athletes and why we might not always practise what we preach.

4x World Triathlon Champion Chris “MACCA” McCormack joins Endurance Coach Connect, as we dive in head first into how he built one of the most successful endurance communities in the world. Macca was one of the first-movers in building a successful recurring membership model, MACCAX, which has since been rebranded MX Endurance. With an endurance community, which has served 1’000’s of members, MACCA will share with you:

The first GUEST SPEAKER is Garry Gaz Mills, who specializes in mental strength, skills and awareness, as well as personal leadership development. He is a former police officer and bodyguard to the Australian Prime Minister and other world leaders. He regularly speaks on overcoming adversity and resilience as a Beyond Blue speaker, and has worked with a number of triathlon clubs and coaches. Garry will speak on mental strength and coping strategies as a COACH and business owner, and provide strategies you can implement with your athletes and clients.
